Born in India, raised in Hong Kong and educated in United States and Canada,
is a true citizen of the world. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Victoria in 1998 and was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 1999. Amandeep is a lawyer who practices primarily in the areas of Criminal Immigration and Business law. He has appeared before the British Columbia Provincial and Supreme Courts as well as the British Columbia Court of Appeal and has made applications for Leave to Appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada.
Amandeep Singh has had the opportunity to be the legal representative in several high profile cases, including being a member of the Defence team in the Air India Bombing Trial and being the general lawyer for Rakesh Saxena, currently undergoing Extradition proceedings to Thailand, in his extradition matter. He is a dedicated human and civil rights activist. Amandeep is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, a director of the People's Legal Education Society, which has been running the People's Law school for 30 years and a member of the commonwealth Lawyers Association.
